Further forgeries found in Cork

Gardaí in Cork investigating the circulation of forged €50 notes in the city have discovered a second batch of counterfeit notes at a house in Hollyhill over the weekend.
No arrests were made in the swoop.
Several fake notes were discovered last Monday in pubs and shops on the north side of the city, and Gardaí have warned businesspeople and the public to be extra vigilant.
It's understood the current batch of forgeries are of relatively high quality, but are smaller and darker than the originals and lack a watermark.
All bear the serial number "V 121 99 137 889".
